1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using Hemma, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Hemma.
2. Using Hemma
You must be old enough to consent to use an online service in your country. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. You agree to use Hemma for its intended purpose: a daily, good-faith photo ritual.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos you submit. By submitting, you grant Hemma a licence to display your photo within the app, in daily voting, and as the winning widget. You confirm you have the right to share what you submit.
4. Acceptable use
Do not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, infringing, or that depicts others without their consent. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules to keep Hemma a warm, welcoming place.
5. Hemma+ & payments
Hemma+ is an optional paid membership billed through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and are managed in your Apple account settings. Prices and features may change with notice.
6. Disclaimers & changes
Hemma is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may update these Terms as the app evolves; we’ll note the date above and, for material changes, let you know in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
